Windows 10: How to change keybinds but for a different keyboard layout?

Hi everyone, sorry if the title is a little confusing I'm not really sure how to word this question.

I am currently learning Russian and I have a bind (Win + Space) to change my keyboard from English characters to Russian. However, The Cyrillic keyboard layout is very different to the default layout e.g. 'a' in Russian is default binded to 'f'.

I think it would be much easier to learn Russian if the alphabet was in the same layout on my keyboard as it would be in English, so is there anyway I can bind the Russian alphabet on my keyboard to do this?

  How many keyboard language have you installed?
  

If you have installed more than 1 keyboard language in your system, then I suggest you to remove the keyboard language other than default language and check if it helps.

Follow the steps to remove the language.

• 
  Open Control panel.
  
• 
  Click on language.
  
• 
  Select the language and click on remove option at the top.
