Windows 10: How to change ModernStandby Budget Percentage

Hi, My current system has default standby budget percentage set to 5% which makes it go into hibernate as soon as 5% battery is drained in sleep mode. I would like to make that to 15%. I had visited microsoft's website and found the following cmd code. But unfortunately, that code is not working for me. Hello, i have a problem, i cannot change back the brightness percentage into default instead it is named Darkest, Dark, Suggested, etc.
