Windows 10: How to change my 32bit to 64bit pc windows 7 without losing data

So i wanna play roblox but roblox doesn't support 32bit devices and i wanna update 32bit to 64 bit windows 7 without losing data

Can I upgrade to Windows 10 64bit from Windows 7 32bit without losing activation?

I have an old PC running windows 7 ultimate 32bit version. Can I upgrade to windows 10 pro 64bit without losing the activation via clean install from flashdrive from windows media creation tool? I don't mind wiping out the data there. I did some research
if my pc is compatible to 64 bit OS and it is. This PC is also compatible to windows 10. I'm just worried that it might lose the activation.

To switch from the 32bit version of Winnows to the 64bit version requires a full clean install of Windows form a bootable USB, there is no other way to upgrade to a 64bit version of Windows.

You should be able to go from the Windows 7 32bit version to Windows 10 32bit without losing any data, but not to the 64bit version.
