Windows 10: How to change my brightness?

I know this sound stupid, but i really can't find the brightness change button which is usually under display in the settings, i only see the night light setting. The picture below is my settings page.Is there a setting i have to change before setting the brightness or is there another way to lower down my brightness because its damn bright at night.

Some computers can let Windows automatically adjust screen brightness based on the current lighting conditions.

To manually adjust the screen brightness, we suggest following these troubleshooting steps:

• Click Start, then select Settings.
• Choose System, then select Display.
• Under Brightness and color, move the Change brightness slider to adjust the brightness.
