  1. How to Change My User Information on my Wife's Computer Without Affecting My Computer

My wife’s computer’s hard drive was wiped clean while servicing Geek Squad but Microsoft Office was NOT reinstalled. Her User Name was npepsilight.com and her email addresses are*** Email address is removed for privacy *** and*** Email address is removed for privacy ***. I assumed that I could use my User Name Bill Wiley *** Email address is removed for privacy *** on her computer to download Microsoft Office, which I did. Then I realized that I had become the User on her computer as well, making both of our computers under my User Name. I did not want that, so I deleted Microsoft Office, but her computer continued to show me as the User with all of my information.

The issue now is how to return her computer to her previous identity User Name, email address, etc. but NOT change anything on MY computer is the process. Right now I’m afraid that if I do anything to my wife’s computer it will change or delete the settings on my computer. What can I do to change my wife’s computer to her previous settings without affecting the settings on my computer? This is very important! Thanks! Bill Wiley

    :)

This change to my computer affect my Wife's computer.

When I setup a screensaver slideshow on my Win 10 computer it also sets itself up on my wife's Win 10 machine. How do I stop this? Is this something to do with a network setting that I don't want or need?
    Thanks

    Can't access my computer

    Thanks sml156 for your help.

I log in without my Microsoft account. File Explorer > Network, lists 3 computers, mine, my wife's and our Ubuntu that we use for backup. None of the listed computers has a shared folder that I can find, by clicking or right clicking.

My wife's computer lists 3 locations, clicking on my computer shows my HP Laserjet printer which is connected to the network.

When I click my computer there's a Share Tab, clicking that and everything is grayed, on my wife's there's several thing that aren't grayed.

  4. How to Change My User Information on my Wife's Computer Without Affecting My Computer

How do I remove the one drive offer to change my password from my WIFE'S computer!!!?

I logged into my microsoft account in order to get help for my wife's Quickbooks 2019 being disabled by a Windows Update.

Despite many attempts to eradicate my information from her computer, things like One Drive list my information, and most disturbingly, offer to reset the password to my Microsoft account.

It is more than a little problematic that a computer I have ever used to log in to my microsoft account would offer to change my password outside my control.

The question is how to remove my microsoft account entirely from someone else's computer when I have only incidentally logged in from it?

How many other Microsoft products are waiting to log my wife's computer into my Microsoft account?
