Windows 10: how to change my windows account to my new hotmail addy from my old locked/banned hotmail...

my 30 yr old microsoft account has been locked out since april and have had no luck with getting it back have spoken to agents who give me a be patient dialogue and filled out various unlock passwords/account recovery forms to no avail so i have given up on getting it back and created a new microsoft account, my issue is my windows account is still attached to my hotmail addy and my onedrive doesn't sync anymore so wondering how to change my windows account to my new hotmail account incase microsoft shut down my old hotmail altogether as i don't want to be locked out of windows on my pc

PROBLEM:
Microsoft Outlook Express has stopped working / is not working with hotmail. Yesterday it was working. Today it is not.

I've been using hotmail/outlook express for the last 6 years or so. (And without any problems). BUT today, without my knowledge, MS has upgraded *downgraded?* my hotmail accounts to the new Windows Live Hotmail, which DOES NOT WORK with outlook express.

ALL MY EMAILS ARE STUCK. *Bang Head :banghead: RETARDS! This is my business mail too!
