    Naw, it's still Build 10074 but up until now 'She' would read 'Sorry, I can't help you in your region', or something like that! *Confused

    Mind you, this is a fresh install with the latest Nvidia and RealTek drivers and now everything works including Cortana's audible answers and sound effects etc.
    Strange thing is 'She' still thinks she resides on a Phone:

    ... when I ask 'Her' to open an App, she keeps asking "Which App do you want me to open"!?!?!? *Confused
