Windows 10: How to change Password of Hacked Windows Administrative Account

1 month back i upgraded to window 11 which was working fine till last month but suddently last night my computer was hacked as hacker asked me arount 2800 dollars immediately without taking any back up i reset my windows. But as soon as i opened the windows nothing changed in the windows except some softwares with same working accounts but i noticed that my Priviledge Admin account had been hacked with adding new windows pin passcode which is still freeze. Currently working in local account dont understand how to take help from windows in opening my Administrative Account as i have not taken

Laptop Hacked - Password Changed

Okay.... I followed all the steps in Option Four right up to Step 8,

where unlike the Tutorial, I got HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\REM_SAM\SAM\Domains\Account\Users\000001F4. No 'S' in the word Account.

Then, in Step 9, when I opened the 000001F4 key, I was instructed to change 11 to 10 in the first column of line 0038. On the problem laptop, the first column of line 0038 has a value of 15, not 11. I would supply a screenshot but I don't know how to do that on a computer that won't start.

So I didn't do anything. I obviously need more help.

 

Steam Account Hacked

Again...

I sent a ticket I just hope they resolve it soon cause I really want to play Portal 2.

And I don't want him getting me banned.

But the scary thing is they hacked my Email account too!

I've changed the password but is that enough?

I scanned my Computer using malware and it got rid of 9 Nasty objects! Its been months since I did a scan and now I'm thinking this is how they got me.

Is a password change and malware scan removal enough to secure me? I made the password much harder than before.

Thinking about doing a reformat as well. Suggestions? Should I leave the hacked email account and make a new one?

 

77000 Steam accounts hacked every month

Ironically I've had the same crappy password since I made my Steam when HL2 came out and never been hacked, but I've had my Origin account jacked twice with a much more complicated password. 2 step on Origin fixed this problem, but just thought it was kind of funny. I went with 2 step on Steam to be safe too.
