    How to change "personal" desktop on my laptop to "working" one?


    I have accounts at microsoft, working and personal. I have changed laptop now and installed everything using my ms account, BUT, the desktop is personal one on the screen - probably because I used personal account to instsall things? and I would like to see the wroking one. Mainly as the personal one is having really small GB, while working one is the main one. Would be grateful for any advice. Thank you.and just an additional info - I do not remember exactly, as MS account was created long time ago, but I think the personal one was a must to create working one. I do not need it at all, am

    Settings/Personalization

    Hi,

    We suggest that you follow the steps below to put your settings back to default and see if it helps.

    • Right-click your mouse on your desktop.
    • Click on Personalize.
    • Select Colors.
    • Click on High contrast settings.
    • From the drop-down menu, select None.
    • Click Apply.
    • Reboot the PC for the changes to take effect.

    Windows 10 make it easier for you to personalize your computer by going to the Settings app. Some options from Control Panel has been moved to the Settings app just to bring all the settings under one roof.

    To change your desktop font, you may follow these steps:

    • Go to Settings.
    • Choose Personalization.
    • Select Themes.
    • Under Themes, select Theme settings.
    • On the left pane, click Change desktop icons.
    To change the font size of the icons on your desktop, refer to these steps:

    Hi,

    To change the desktop background into a solid color, see the steps below:

    • Right-click on the desktop, and select Personalize.
    • Under Personalization, select Background.
    • On the right pane, click on the drop-down menu for Background, and then select
      Solid color.
    • Choose your preferred color and it should immediately make changes.
