Windows 10: How to change snip and sketch screenshot shortcut?

Default is windows+shift+s, but I want to take screenshots of specific moments in games I'm playing and certain keys ruin it. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to change it. I finally figured out how to add a shortcut but it opens the app itself instead of the frozen screenshot screen.If there's another built in way to screenshot a particular part of my screen that works too, please help.

Snip & Sketch keyboard shortcuts no longer working

Hello,

Thank you for your suggestion. I looked at my notifications and they are turned on for Snip & Sketch but it is still not functioning through the keyboard shortcuts and I still cannot take screenshots of any menus because as described, they close the moment I click on "new snip" within the app....

Looking for more suggestions because I use this program a TON and totally love it!

 

Snip and Sketch shortcuts.

Is it possible to create a taskbar shortcut to open 'Snip and Sketch' directly and without it opening the whole App?

These images should clarify what I mean. Snip and Sketch can be added to the taskbar but it always opens as shown. By pure chance I found a button in the action centre that also opens Snip and Sketch. This one opens just the working App ready to go and use without the other screen info present.
