Windows 10: How to change sort bar highlight colour in file explorer?

I don't know how or why, but when I go into File Explorer the bar at the top where you can click to sort by name, status, date, etc has become highlighted white and the text behind it is unreadable, plus it's annoying to look at. I use dark mode, but it seems like that part stays light. I am using Windows 11.

Change colour of File Explorer title bar?

I can change the colour of the start menu, taskbar, and program title bars as well as Internet Explorer title bar. However, the File Explorer bar remains grey. I have attached a screenshot to show my settings and results of the selections I chose. (Custom - Dark - Light - Show accent colour on Start and Taskbar (on) - Show accent colour on title bars and windows borders (on)) Do the colour settings not change File Explorer title bars?

That's cool, thanks. My only issue with it is that it doesn't change the appearance of File Explorer if it's accessed from within a program - so if you use the "Open File" option from within a program it still has the same highlight issue. Other than that, it's a marked improvement.

It adds tabs too.

(It doesn't change the borders or icons- that's done by other means).
