Windows 10: How to change the account user name on file for my File Explorer

My File Explorer is changed to an account that isn't mine and am currently unable to find where do I change it back to mine. TIA

2. Are you using a Microsoft account or a local account on the PC?
   
3. Are you aware of any changes made to the PC?
   
4. What exactly do you mean by, “I would like to change the name that it puts in the iCloud Drive folder”?

Changing names of user accounts

Is it OK to change the name of a user in the ‘users’ section of File Explorer (inside This PC/Windows? I have one listed as ‘new user’ and would rather give it a more meaningful name.

 

Lost users files and setting after name change

Who did the name change and how exactly was it done? Please specify every step that was taken.

Did you by chance originally sign in with a MS Account and in the course of changing the name

Switch back to a local account from a Microsoft account ?

Did you change the name of your MS Account?

Did you only have a Local Account (no email address) and change the name in Settings or Control Panel?

How to Create a New Local User Account in Windows 10

In any of these scenarios the files should have remained in place. Was anything else done?
