Windows 10: How to change the admin on windows 10 without losing any data or information?

Hello,in my office we have encountered a problem on Windows 10.A work computer has been linked to the private email of one of our workers.In detail: The admin of that computer uses the private email.Now we want to change that. But how can we change that email of that admin profile without losing any data or information?We do not want to set up a whole new profile, make that an admin and then delete the old admin profile because it would be a lot of work to transfer that data and everything.Is there a way to just change the email address of that admin profile?Thank you.

Changing device admin without losing data

I need to change my device admin account from my personal one to my work account. I have both Microsoft accounts added to the same admin profile on the machine but I need to change the primary contact information and account info from one to the other
without losing any of my data . Is this possible?

Do you get any error message when you try to make changes to the user account?

Did you change your user account type to local user account?



To change the user account type to Administrator user account, follow the steps below.



Step 1: Type Control panel in the search bar next to
Start button, and press Enter.

Step 2: Select User Accounts from the left side panel of the window, and click on Change your account type.

Step 3: Select Administrator, and click on
Change account type.



Also give permissions to the files and folders by following the steps below, and check if the issue is resolved.



Step 1: Open the properties of the main User Profile
folder where the files are located (such as Documents, Pictures, etc.). You can open the properties of a particular folder by
Right-clicking on it, and select Properties from context menu.

Step 2: Go to the Security tab, and click
Advanced.

Step 3: Click on Change permissions located on the bottom of the window.

Step 4: Check the box at the bottom of the window
Replace all child object permissions with inheritable permissions from this object, and then click
Ok.
