Windows 10: How to change the attached graphics on my laptop's display?

Hi, I am Aatiz. I need this because it gives so much lag still with i had a discrete graphics card. It always show as UHD Graphics when i went to advanced display properties. And its been long and my control panel got error no displays are attached to Nvidia GPU, so i cant enter to nvidia panel. I feel uncomfortable without the graphics card and my laptop got many problems. Pls give ways to fix it. I have a Nvidia Geforce MX 330Still good...

Hello ,i just got this laptop and i have noticed that the graphics card attached to the display is the AMD graphics card instead of my Nvidia gtx 1650, i changed the settings in the Nvidia control panel and tried disabling the amd graphics card , but i stumbled over another problem which says that Microsoft basic dislpay adapter is now attached to the display causing me to be stuck on 1080x resolution, please help me change it so the nvidia gpu would be attached to the display.

LENOVO ideapad gaming 3

Windows 11

Ryzen 5 5500u

Amd integrated graphics card

Nvidia gtx 1650

8gb ram

Confusing statement! You want to change the display on your laptop that died?

Is that correct?

How do you know its the display that's bad?

Just google "how to change display on a acer 5745"

Should get you to step by step instructions. But first make sure its the display that's bad

according to laptop support page they do list an old downloadable driver for intel for windows 7 , weather this is related to there being several variants of that laptop or this laptop has switchable graphics i may just suggest you reset the bios and see if things change , if yes you may be able to apply step 2 , if not then apply step 4 and call it today , you are still better off being on the high performance gpu .

Out of curiosity can you take a snap shot from Settings > System > Display. Scroll down and click the “Graphics Settings” ?
