Windows 10: How to change the "Grab" hand cursor?

I Want to replace the "grab" hand cursor but i can't find it anywhere in Mouse Properties

How do I customize the "Grabbing Hand" cursor?

I've been customizing my cursors in Windows 10, but I notice when I go to Control Panel>Mouse>Pointers, there's no option to customize the grabbing-hand icon that appears in PDF readers and web pages, which typically allows you to click and drag things to rearrange them.

My cursor pointer changes to hand

I use win 10 and IE and use the touchpad on my laptop. When I stop at any place at any website, the cursor pointer changes to a hand as if though I am expected or told to click open. I do not want a hand anywhere at any time. How do I fix this?

If the issue persists even after using System File Checker tool, please follow the steps below to run the DISM tool:

• Press Windows key + X and select the Command Prompt (Admin).
• In the Administrator: Command Prompt window, enter the following commands (Press the Enter key after each command):
  

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth



DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

• To close the Administrator: Command prompt window, type Exit, and press Enter.
  
• Restart the machine.
