Windows 10: How to change the icon size of files in every folders?

I can do it to every folder individually, but isn't there a way to make them all large instead of doing every folder one by one?

I want to change a few folders icons and fix the icon to the folder so if its moved to other computers the icon wont change is there any way of doing this thanks,

1. Disable bitlocker
   and then check the folder size.
2. We would also suggest you to open the folder and select all files and see the size of the contents.

Let us know if the size of the contents matches the folder size. If you see a difference, then the folder might be showing incorrect size.
