Windows 10: How to change volume and brightness sliders from top left corner to bottom-center?

I had my laptop brought to a service center recently so they had my unit reformatted and reinstalled the OS I think. So now, I'm trying to revert my preferred settings, but I noticed that my volume and brightness sliders are now located at the top left. I tried looking it up but some said I should have Windows 11. I am on Windows 11. I cant find other solutions that would give me the bottom-center slider that I want. Most suggestions online were telling other users with the same problem to download an app. I don't want to do that since I already had the middle slider without downloading anythi

How to bring back the old volume slider location in the top-left corner in windows 11?

Is there way to put the volume slider in the top-left corner in windows 11? I prefer the volume slider location in windows 10. I prefer to make the changes via settings or by editing the registry. If it can't be done by those ways, 3rd party apps are also fine.

Volume and brightness sliders are visibility gone

In windows 11 version KB5029263, it seems the brightness and volume slider bars disappear. Why? I mean, I can see the brightness slider in settings, and the little volume icon on the taskbar, and yes, while the brightness and volume does change, the popup sliders that I usually see at the center bottom, are just gone. Why is this? I'd like to be able to see them without having to revert to the previous version of KB5028948 every time. Is there a way to even fix something so, bizarre?

I have a blue and black slider bar in the top left corner that i cant get rid of
