Windows 10: How to change what downloads go into what user download destination

So I have two users on my laptop. Both users are me but one is used for my personal stuff and the other is used for school stuff. Each user has their own download file/destination but now every time I download something it automatically goes into the download destination for my school user. I would prefer my downloads when I'm using my personal account to go into my personal user's download destination and not my school one. I only want my downloads to go into the school user download destination if I'm logged onto it. Is this possible?

Hi Maks, if you reset, you will need to re-install drivers even if you choose to keep files and apps

What you could to is change the downloads destination in your browsers, then files would be downloaded to that new folder and you could ignore the fact that your dowloads library is messed up . . .
