Windows 10: How to change Windows 10 Custom Toolbar icon Size

I use a 4K monitor with Windows 10. By default, the icons in my custom toolbars are too small.

To make the custom toolbar icons larger, I hover my mouse cursor over an empty area in the toolbar,

and right click->View->Large Icons.

1. I make a "custom toolbar" in windows 10 (all updates installed)

2. I add some shortcuts to "custom toolbar"

3. The size of the icons in the "custom toolbar" is much smaller than in "regular toolbar" (see screenshot)
