    Hi! My laptop got blocked because is asking me for a BitLocker password that I never activated. I logged into my Microsoft account and this option has never been turned on, just in case I went into my wife's account, and she doesn't have it either. This is my personal laptop, so no organizations or schools could turn this on for me in another account. The system asked for a password that doesn't exist and I don't have access to my computer know. If I delete windows and installed again, I will lose all my information. Where can I chat to someone in support to help me with this?

    lol *Wink - - - Updated - - - @huffman I've had good experience with MS Support via this link. You have to go through a few bits but you should end up on a page where you type in, briefly, your issue, several suggest links may appear that may help you but the 'Get Help' button should become active. Click on that and you should be through to a 'real' person via chat. I've found them very helpful and recommend this way.
