Windows 10: How to check if a computer I want to buy is Windows 11 compliant

I'm looking at buying a computer that says "Windows 10 Pro available through downgrade rights from Windows 11 Pro". I asked the a service rep if I could upgrade this computer to Windows 11 once I receive it. They said no. I then searched the page for "Windows" and found this is the spec section:"This system is preinstalled with Windows 10 Pro software and also comes with a license for Windows 11 Pro software and provision for recovery software. You may only use one version of the Windows software at a time. Switching between versions will require you to uninstall one version and install the

Once I have ascertained that my laptop does not meet the necessary requirements to install Windows 11 (I can not change for sure the microprocessor is soldered into the motherboard!) Because I have to keep forever in the "Settings" of Windows 10 the warning at the top right in "Update and Security": 'This PC doesn't currently meet all the updates ... etc. "even though I have uninstalled the Integrity Check Tool?

Have you tried updating the driver for the HID-compliant mouse?

If that does not work, we suggest you contact the manufacturer of your laptop directly and ask for updated drivers for Windows 10.
