How to check if my online Microsoft account is compromised. Looks like my windows11 security is all messed up? should I go for only local accounts.Please give a detailed explanation.

Here are some steps you can take to remove yourself from the family and regain control of your account:

3. Select Remove to confirm.
   

If you are unable to leave the family group, you might need to remove the consent that was given by the adult who added you to the family.
