  1. how to check what programs are changing my lock screen?

it is so irritating when my lock screen is changed so often like 3 times a day for reasons I can not understand. When I go to the Setting\Personalization\Lock screen, it is set to "Picture". every time I try to change the picture or set it to Spotlight or slideshow, it is changed successfully for half an hour before being automatically set to "Picture" again. the pictures are not mine. Usually, it is a scenery picture with a motivation quote. but sometimes it's some ad and news with a QR code.

I don't know if it's because of some programs I downloaded that change it, or it's a windows bug.

I have tolerated it for too long. I really want to stop this. Help Me.
