Windows 10: How to circumvent a false ban on a game in Windows

Hi! around 9 months ago I used a third party program in my favorite video game that made the game a little bit more optimized so it runs at higher framerate 30 which was still barely playable in a shooter. The program gave me no advantage whatsoever. My account got banned despite me using this program with absolutely no malicious intent. Fast forward to today, I've built a better computer, so I no longer need to use any other programs to be able to play, however, when I create a new account in said game, it will get banned no matter what. I've tried to contact support but all I get are auto

Banned for no reason

I don't know why but i am banned in party chat and for not playing online games for i don't know how long and i also think someone keeps false claiming on banning me

Hwid banned gaming

What if I want to sell pc? Is new owner going to be hwid banned also? Since the buyer is one of my friend and he plays the same game. That’s the reason why I’m asking about the whole window key. Since I’m going to fully factory reset pc before selling it.
