    I've used my keyboard for a year now, the fabric on palm rest is getting my hand cream rubbed on. Could you advise how to clean the palm rest and is there replacement part that I can purchase?Thank you,Tina

    • What is the version of Windows installed?


    I suggest you to get in touch with the Microsoft Hardware
    Support     to know about the replacement criteria. Meanwhile, you may also go through the
    Warranty Limit Manual given under Sculpt Ergonomic Desktop.

    Is anyone aware if Microsoft is considering releasing bluetooth version of the Sculpt Ergonomic Keyboard (or Desktop)?

    In my opinion, it would be a great step forward for this great product.

    I have been using the Microsoft Sculpt Ergonomic Keyboard for several months. The black wrist rest has started to fade and lose color in the places where my wrist touches. How may I prevent the wrist rest from fading, or how may I restore the black color
