Windows 10: How to clear cookies on Internet Explorer ?

I am using Internet Explorer 11 for windows 7 and cant clear cookies. How do i do it ?

Internet Explorer temporary storage and cookies

Sorry to inform you that even if you are not using Internet Explorer some of the apps like Mail app will use Internet Explorer to work and hence this cookies are getting generated. If you don’t want to use Internet Explorer then I suggest you to turn
it off from Windows Features. You may follow the steps below for the same and check if it helps.
