How to clear/reset "All owned" list in Windows Store? Re-installation didn't help.

Hello. I reinstalled Windows 10 and I noticed that Microsoft Store still shows a list of apps that were installed on this PC in the last 5 years. I found them here: Microsoft Store -> My Library -> All owned. I'm using an offline account. Is there a way to somehow clear/reset the list/library? What can I do about it?

  3. Unable to install games on the Windows 10 store

    Hi,

To resolve your concern about Windows Store, we recommend that you perform the steps below:

Clear & Reset Windows Store Cache with WSReset.exe:

    • Go to the Start Screen or the Windows Modern UI screen.
    • Type in WSReset.exe.
    • Click on Run as administrator.
Note: Windows Store will open and you’ll get a confirmation message saying that: The cache for the Store was cleared. You can now browse the Store for apps.

After performing the steps above, kindly check it and see how it goes.

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.
