Windows 10: how to clear temporary files

It has been a while since I last if I ever asked a Windows 10 question.When I go to Windows 10 settings I can then click and go to Temporary files.I have lots like 273 MB.8 of 10 boxes have a check mark. 2 do not.those two are Temporary Windows Installation files 215 MB @Delivery Optimization files.Should I click on above 2 so I have total of 10?If this works I am going to have another question.Thanks

hi Microsoft:

Days ago, after going to disk cleanup, the temporary internet files will not clear. I restarted my device and will clear up. I had already cleared over 600 mb of files. In the past, when it gets to the point when I cleared up over 500 mb of files, the temporary
internet files will not clear. Is it a bug or what is it? Any fixes or prevention?

I tried to clear the temporary internet files via the disk cleanup, but cannot get it to say 0 bytes. I went to the folder and deleted the file. I even deleted the folder but issue still persist. How can I fix not able to clearing the temporary internet files?
