    How to close the go to box in Excel won't close


    Two problems the go to box in Excel opens automatically can't close it and the find and replace box opens won't close locks up system entirely only temp fix is re-boot but keeps returning. Help

    Applications won`t maximize

    Following a W10 update, applications only open as minimised on the taskbar and won`t maximize. I have tried closing them minimised but no good. Can anyone help ? thanks

    Can't close Excel file

    It says "Microsoft Excel is waiting for another application to complete an OLE action."

    Shane Devenshire says, "You could try choosing File, Options, Advanced, and under General check Ignore other applications that use DDE.

    Problem is you can't do anything. If you close the OLE action box, it won't allow you to close nor click anything. Then the same box appears.

    Excel 2016(Macro enabled) crashes on closing for the first instance?

    Hi,

    I am trying to launch an excel which have macros enabled. Below are the steps to show where I am facing this issue.

    Using c++ code I am launching excel, Once the excel is opened, got a pop up "to enable macro's or disable macro's". I clicked on Enable macro and then a child excel window is opened where I could see my data been written. Now I closed child excel, as per
    my understanding the parent also should get closed,but it is not getting closed and now if I click on [X] button of the excel it asks for "Save" "Don't Save" & "Cancel". If click on "Don't save" it is simply crashing and restarting the excel and after restart
    of the excel if I close then it is not crashing.

    When I see the event log I found this error:
