    how to complain against the microsoft care india?


    Does anyone know how can you complain about the customer support representatives in India ?. Because from past 15 days I am having an issue with apps and another programme related issues on my windows pc. Most of the time they don't pick up the call for 15 min and then even after picking up they just disconnect it, without giving any valid reason at all . They also don't try to call back. The same problem is with the chat customer support most of the time when they take remote control of the system, they just shut it down or restart it multiple times without any reasonwithout providing the case id even after asking multiple times,even when 15 minutes or more are left till their working hours are over. The quality of Microsoft service has degraded to such a low extent that i would not prefer to buy any microsoft product be it windows or other programmes even for free.

    i understand tht u had had time with nokia india care center.



    the only thing is that nokia india care center dont take customer seriously.

    this happens only in india.

    about a care point

    I need a suggestion about complaining or not to complain about a care point in our city (Amritsar, punjab, India). I just came out of from that care point. I asked them to update my lumia 640 xl. They answered me that there is no update available for my
    phone. They also told me that they don't have a wifi connection. There is a trial version of windows 10 available for my phone, they told me. What can i do now? Can i think that the employees are not good in that care point? Or there is any problem with my
    phone? Before going there, i also called to call centre of Microsoft.

    This is a user to user support forum where users like you and me exchange ideas , help each other for technical problems and features. I can understand your frustration..You have to deal with this problem directly with your local Nokia care.

    However I suggest you do not post your IMEI number,email IDs and other sensitive information about you as this is an open forum.
