Windows 10: How to completely and permanently disable/delete Windows Compatibility Telemetry?

Hello. I need Windows Compatibility Telemetry gone from my PC.I play some older games on my PC, and every time I launch them they work fine btw that compatibility thing goes crazy, using almost 100% disk in Task Manager.I read somewhere that I need to disable "Connected user experience and telemetry" service, but that is not truth. I disabled it, but Telemetry is still running from time to time.Any advice and solution are welcomed, thanks in advance.

Task Scheduler by following the steps below:

• Click Start, type Task Scheduler, and then press
  Enter.
• On the TaskScheduler window, go to this path:
  Task Scheduler Library\Microsoft\Windows\Application Experience.
• On the Application Experience folder, look for Microsoft Compatibility Appraiser.
• Right-click on it, select Disable and then confirm to complete the process.
• Once you’re done, you may check if the issue persists.
