    Hello. I'm having an issue to delete files that say they have "a non supported interface". First of all those files belonged to a program I also had a bit of trouble to uninstall but thankfully I managed to delete after following a guide from this site Movavi Screen Recorder. However, said files are from I first installed Movavi and after seeing I couldn't normally uninstall it I got kind of nervous and I started deleting files instead of the whole program as a result. So they're kind of a left over even if the program they came from is no longer there. I tried to delete and recover those fi

    Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

    May we know what type of file are you trying to delete? Would it be Office documents, media files, or picture files? If you're trying to delete files for free some space on your device. We suggest to perform a Disc Cleanup. Kindly follow the steps below to
    perform the task:

    • Type in Cortana Disc Cleanup
    • Choose the files to delete
    • Click on "Clean up system files"
    • Click on Ok
