Windows 10: How to completely disable one drive?

Apparently I'm forced to put my entire desktop and every single folder on my desktop onto one drive. I dont need or want some folders on my desktop on my laptop. Since there's no way to select folders yes I've gone into setting and all the desktop folders can't be changed How do I delete this entire one drive thing. If I need to share files I'll use a thumb drive

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

- You should be able to view all step by step navigations. right now you are not able to see complete direction steps.

No. Also I followed the steps on Manage suggested recipients in the To, Cc, and Bcc boxes with Auto-Complete

cleared this list (Empty Auto-Complete List.)
disabled the option ("Use Autocomplete list..") and again cleared the list
relaunched Outlook in between
still those very old email addresses show up.

I give up.
