Windows 10: How to completely remove every trace of Copilot.

As the title states. I don't want this glorified piece of spyware, and I did not ask for it. I'm already still VERY angry at Microsoft for effectively forcing me to replace a computer that should have a couple more years on its life come next fall, and try to come up with the funds to do so in an already rough economy. On top of all the other screw up they've had over the last several years and how full of bloatware Windows has become, I just need one more excuse to wash my hands of Microsoft for good and switch over to Linux. So be decent for once and throw me, and everyone else, a dang bone.

How to completely remove all traces of a Microsoft Account from a local User Account

• Go to Control Panel.
• Select User Accounts.
• Click on User Accounts.
• Select Manage User Accounts - here you can delete the traces of the Microsoft Account.

how do i disable copilot completely in windows 10

I have Windows 10 installed because Windows 11 is absolute BS and was not intended to be user-friendly. All of the features that I enjoy, like the Start Menu with Tiles and Categories, are missing because Microsoft obviously doesn't care what users want.

That said, Visual Studio is not installed on my PC. I had to search for it and the only option I had was to download it so I can safely say that Copilot obviously "works", or assaults as someone else said, without the benefit of Visual Studio. So...not sure how the above steps can do a thing to take care of an invasive and irritating feature. BTW, I have Copilot toggled off and it still pops up most of the time. I hate it and I want it gone. What other suggestions might you have?
