Windows 10: how to connect to a computer which is connected to another computer

Hi i have a tool which uses several internal computers, some are connected in between them and can be accessed from a main PC X : the main computer X can access computers A,B,C My question is: if i remote computer Y- and accessing the computers content of computer X by typing \\computer X IP \ can i somehow remote computer y and access the A,B,C via computer X ? i tried \\computer X IP \ Computer A\ but it doesnt bring any results ... thanks in advance

Connecting computer with no internet connection to network printer

1. Open Admin command and type: ipconfig
   
   
   
2. Win+X->Control Panel->Netwok and Sharing Center
   Follow the screen shot. This should disable internet access from this PC but allows access to local device(s)
   NOTE: Use the IP & Subnet Mask from step 1. Leave Default gateway & DNS Server blank
   
   
   

 

New computer, no internet connection

Right now I'm toggling between my old and new computers via a KVM switch and don't know how to copy an image and put it from one computer to another so I'll so my best to explain...

Went to control panel, Network connections, Local area connection status is displayed and says Connected, Firewalled, 1394 net adaptor, similar to my old computer. The odd thing is there's a gold lock on the icon and I don't know what it is and don't have it on anyother computer int he house (I have a total of 5) or at work????

In the properties it says connected, speed 400Mbps.

You should select "Other" and then next and then the first option, which iirc, is "This computer connects directly to a hub. Other computers connect to the internet this way too"
