Cannot Connect to Company WiFi

Can you Send me the steps how you were able to connect?

I am also trying to connect to my Companies Hidden Wifi Network which uses WPA-2 encryption. But i dont see any option to connect the Phone using that encryption.It asks for Username and Password, but I dont want to do that.

I have the encryption key and i want to use the WPA-2 Encryption?

Please help.

Thanks for you reply. When I try to connect the company's WiFi, the error message is: " COULDN'T SIGN IN Reenter your user name and password for xxx". I try again, then the message is:" Connection unsuccessful Your phone couldn't reach the WiFi network
xxx". I am sure I am using the correct user name and password.

My previous Samsung WP7 connects to the same WiFi with no problem.

I contacted ATT and Nokia, followed all their suggestions, no success. I even did a reset to the phone. For my company's WiFi, I need to disable validate server certificate. Someone ever mentioned, if there is a validate server certificate,it would be
ok? But I contacted company's IT department, there will be no server certificate for the WiFi. But since there is the option to disable validate server certificate, then it should be ok. Could be this option doing nothing?

When will the wifi connectivity problems be solved?


OK, so the Windows 10 engineers bollixed up the wifi connectivity part of the operating system. Everybody knows that by now. It seems they are making some progress in resolving it. Now, instead of seeing "Secured, No Internet" on your list of wifi connections, you see "Connected, Secured" EXCEPT no webpages will load. So you really aren't connected. It does seem to be a step in the right direction. Does anybody know when they plan on a full and complete repair of this screw up of epic proportions?
