    How to contact a actual person at microsoft support?


    My childs age 12 ms/xbox account has been compomised and im trying to recover it, but the recovery method claims i have not provided enough info. the account is a child account on the family account, i was using my the parent account email as recovery, the account is linked to me. But the email has been changed to a rambler.ru email and i dont know what else hase been changed, which makes the recovery prosess problematic. and now im just going round the contact and support pages in circles trying to find a way of submitting a suport ticket or any way to talk to a actual person. anyone got
