Windows 10: How to contact Microsoft Defender for False report?

We are a game studio and our player reported that our game was reported as a virus by Microsoft Defender.Is there any way to solve it? * Moved from Community Center

Windows Defender Bug - False Positive

Based on your description, I understand that you have already submitted the false positives for the application you are using on your own computer, and the problem no longer occurs on your computer. However, other computers in your company have not submitted this feedback, so the issue of false positives in Windows Defender still exists in other computers. I would like to offer you the following solution to your problem:

• Please ask the members of your workgroup to follow your process to submit the false positives once in their computers.
  

• If you are the IT person in your company or you can contact your IT person, you can try to submit the file in Submit files in Microsoft Defender for Endpoint so that the devices under your company's domain will no longer receive the threat alerts caused by the secure exe file after receiving the false positives submission. Is there a working way to report false positive on windows defender?

Hello,

I have a huge problem. We are developing Veterinary practical management software. And on Monday Windows Defender have decided that our software is Trojan:Win32/Fuerboos.B!cl and now I'm getting dozens of calls from my clients that software just gone(Defender
deletes .exe and all links from start menu)

I've found that I should report false positive at Submit a file for malware analysis - Microsoft Security Intelligence but on submission it's always says that File upload failed, is there other way to contact Microsoft on it?

 

How to Report Windows Defender SmartScreen False Detections?

I own a website <Website removed by Moderator> which is running on a patched and secure OS and an equally patched and secured CMS.

It is used and trusted by many users and is a safe place to visit.

Given the above, why is the Windows Defender Smart Screen in Edge Browser reporting that it is a dangerous website in a huge red box and telling people to avoid it?





Also it would appear that Macintosh users who don't use Microsoft products are kicked in the teeth again because you are required to report websites that have been classified falsely as a threat via the Edge browser which is displaying the false message.

I have tried to contact Microsoft Support over the phone and I gave up after 30 minutes of being on hold.

What exactly do I do now to rectify this issue?
