Yahoo Mail contacts into Outlook

Export contacts from Yahoo gives CSV no options. Import in Outlook fails. Tried re-save from excel.

Really wanted "mailto:" to send to Yahoo Mail which IMAP lets me do, but need Contacts also.

Is there a mail client that will access Yahoo contact list?

 

Yahoo Mail Contacts not syncing

Your Yahoo mail contacts should automatically sync with People app, as it’s not working
I suggest you to follow these steps and try to run the Windows Store Apps troubleshooter:

• Press Windows key + X on the keyboard.
  
• Click on Control panel.
• Type “Troubleshooting” without quotes in the Control panel search box.
  
• Click on Troubleshooting and click on View all.
  
• Click on Windows Store Apps troubleshooter and follow the on-screen instructions.
