Windows 10: How to convert 64 but to 32 bit

I have a 32 bit windows 7 it's hardisk is going to collapse but there are some imp work that can be done on 32 bit only i also have 64 but windows 10 can I convert that into 32 bit windows 7?

Somehow my laptop is converted to 32 bit version from 64bit version. How may I convert it back to 64 bit without the tedious re installation process? I upgraded from win7 to win 10 thats why I dont want to format this again by my old recovery of win 7.
Some baody suggest a feasible way. Thanks
