Windows 10: How to convert any image format like png to .accountpicture-ms extension?

Hello there! These days I am building Win10XPE but I have a problem with the user account picture. I tried to change the account profile picture to png but I know that is impossible since two extension is different. I wanted to find how to change the png extension to .accountpicture-ms extension but I can't find any information about converting png to .accountpicture-ms extension.

I suggest you to follow the steps below on how to change a picture to.ico format and check if this helps. Follow the steps below to do the same:

• Select the image\picture you want to convert into .ico.
• Now resize the image to 32x32 using Paint or Photo Gallery.
• Save the file and just rename it to with an .ico extension and also select 24bit bitmap.

HEIF Image Extensions and

HEVC Video Extensions from Device Manufacturer.
