Windows 10: How to convert .jpg files to .pdf?

I'm sorry if this is a stupid question.I wrote a fiction of 83 pages and took photos of them to save. But now I want to distribute them in PDF and continue writing it in Word since I just realized how inconvenient it is to save them as images.So how can I convert those .jpg images to PDF and Word? Can I get the Word file directly or do I have to get the PDF first and then convert the PDF to Word? Sorry I'm not a tech guy. Any suggestion is welcomed!

Converting to PDF?

My contracting business often gets ".pln" files which are basically plan files. Currently I use a program called NitroPDF to convert them all to PDF. The quality of the converted PDF is fairly poor. Could anyone recommend another program to convert to PDF? Adobe Acrobat doesn't do it sadly.

 

Converting PDF to AutoCAD DWG

I have two programs at my disposal that I've been using to convert PDFs into DWG files and things have been working nicely, PDF to DWG Convert and Print2Cad. I had 2 PDFs today that were not converting for some reason. These PDFs were smaller in file size, but still pretty clear so I'm not sure what the problem might be. If anyone would like to toy around with one I uploaded the PDF.

Converting PDFs to DWGs saves me worlds of time considering I'm not very good with AutoCAD. If I can't convert this file, I have to go into the stock DWG file we have here and manually make the changes from the PDF. If anyone could help me I would be hugely appreciative.

As for the actual problem, when I select the PDF to convert, it's convert them and creating a tiny 18KB DWG file with nothing in it. I'm not sure of the reason why, and how and if I can fix it.

Please follow these steps

You can convert with excel

Office Button->Open or pressing Ctrl+O and browsing for it on your computer. After that click on Office Button->Print or press the Ctrl+P combination and the Print window will open. Select novaPDF from the dropdown name list and click OK. After that, select
any After Save actions in the Save PDF File As window and click OK again. The printing will begin and the PDF will be saved in the location you have chosen.

If you don't have Excel you can convert with the notepad

The csv to PDF conversion from Notepad is pretty simple. First open the file by pressing Ctrl+O or using File->Open. After that click File->Print and choose novaPDF in the printers list. Click Print and OK in the Save PDF File As window and the csv will be
converted.
