Windows 10: How to convert Microsoft 365 domain email to a Microsoft Account?

I recently purchased and created a new domain email address in GoDaddy, "Email Essentials". I try to share a Microsoft 365 Family to this new address, but it leads me into logging in as a Microsoft Account. It won't let me create a Microsoft Account because the email address is already used for the GoDaddy email and it's not letting me log in as a Mic Acct using the password either.How can I get this newly created GoDaddy email account to be a Microsoft 365 account? I'd like the new email to be a Microsoft Account with a 365 shared family Office account.It worked easily enough when I created a

Office 365 Outlook email accounts

The reason I am asking these questions are that two individuals are buying two new laptops and would like to share one Microsoft Office 365 Personal.
A has a subscription to Microsoft Office 365 Personal already and wants to share the same account with B.
I have installed Microsoft Office 365 Personal in a second pc B and when launching Outlook all my email accounts from A were loaded. So, I cannot figure out how to install Microsoft Office 365 Personal in a second pc so that my email accounts A are not loaded.
This raises more questions for me.

1. So this
   • User A installs and activates O365 on User B's laptop
   • User B adds his / her email accounts to Outlook
   would not apply to Microsoft Office 365 Personal as it breaches the licence agreement?
2. Am I correct?
3. If it does apply how can I install Microsoft Office 365 Personal in a second pc so that my email accounts A are not loaded, and I can only add B email account on the second pc?
4. Would B be able to access A OneDrive?
5. Or would B have a separate 1TB free space in One drive, or only the free 5GB or none at all?
6. And most importantly is this even legal or in breach of contract as Microsoft Office 365 Personal is for one user only?

 

How is the email attached to Microsoft 365 NOT a Microsoft email???

Create a Microsoft Account with a Private Domain

Background

When you have an existing domain such as www.myprivatedomain.com with existing email accounts using Google apps for business, and you purchase a surface pro for work purposes, you want to be able to sign in using the Microsoft id not a local account. usually,
we go to account.live.com and create a new Microsoft account using an existing email ie: *** Email address is removed for privacy ***... Microsoft emails a verification code, and BAM, a new Microsoft ID is created which you can use for onedrive, onenote, office 365 etc.

The Problem

Microsoft just set out a policy where you need a gmail, yahoo, hotmail or outlook email to create a Microsoft account. When you try using your own email address it says "You cannot create a Microsoft Account using this email, please try again with a gmail,
yahoo or outlook.com email address"

In my case, the domain is a godaddy domain, and the email is through Google Apps for business. We are NOT using azure but we do want to use 365 for office. We are paying for 365 accounts using the aforementioned google app email users and have never had
any issues using a google app managed email account as a Microsoft Account.

How can I create a microsoft account using a private domain
