Windows 10: how to copy/move all media files from one location to another?

Hi there,I want to be able to find all media-related files pictures, images, videos, etc and dump them on a USB drive.Windows XP was awesome for that as the Search tool itself gave you that ability by selecting an option to just do that and find all media files, pictures, images, videos, etc..Why am I bringing Windows XP? Well, I had a WXP machine that unfortunately broke and I have three HDD on that machine that I want to extract these files from I can do that by accessing the HDD content from a Windows 11 machine but the search option under File Explorer is a far cry from WXP search and p

You can't copy a folder, thats why it generates an exception (you are trying to copy a folder using a copy file function).
You probably need to list all the files inside that folder and copy one by one

Regarding copying of files in external drive from pc

Hi,

The message that appeared on your screen may have occurred due to the possible missing files if you'll try to copy it that way. We suggest that you follow these steps on how you can copy the file together with it's properties:

• Right click on the application (Bully) and click Properties.
• On the application properties window, under the Shortcut tab, click
  Open File Location.
• The File Location window will open.
• Select everything. Copy and paste it to the external drive.
• The copying process may take a while depending on the type of files.
