Windows 10: how to correct com surrogate on Windows 10?

I cannot transfer 3 pictures from a USB key to another. The message says i cannot be transferred because of COM SURROGATE. What can I do?

I have neither COM Surrogate in TASK MGR nor DLL files...

I have the same thing,COM surrogate and dll not listed,weird that some people have it and others don't. I turned off 'Always show icons never thumbnails' as someone said this may help but it didn't.
