Windows 10: how to correct my device location?

hello, whenever i go to find my device window , it shows 2 locations non of them the correct location,i need to correct my location

Correct Directory Location For Pictures Folder

"Now Documents, Videos etc say file location is This PC. But Pictures file location is C:\Users\PeteyBoPetey\Pictures."

If we understand you correctly, the issue is that Pictures doesn't appear in the left panel under This PC. The correct location IS C:\Users\PeteyBoPetey\Pictures. This is only an issue of using Step 8 in the tutorial to add it back to the list. See if this screenshot is what you want to achieve- put Pictures folder back in list on L.

 

Again, Location is not correct on the maps, Showing me in another state!

Wrong region settings or corruption may be the possible reason why a location was not correct or showing a different state. To assist you better, we'd like to gather more information:

• Have you made any recent changes prior to this issue?
• Are you getting any error messages when you tried to change it to the default location?
• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far aside from making sure that region settings was correct?

This is known issue, I suggest you to report the issue through the feedback app following the steps below since that will help us collect some logs to ensure we're fixing all cases. The instructions for that are:

In order to help us gather more details you can submit the feedback through the Windows Feedback app following these steps:

• Open Windows Feedback
• Start a new feedback item and select Problem
• Select the Hardware, Devices and Drivers/Location Services area
• Click on the Reproduce button
• Switch to the Maps app and click on the Locate me icon (Concentric circles)
• Send your feedback

This will send additional logging of your issue to help us investigate further.

In the meantime you can specify a different starting point in the Maps app by entering an address or using one of your favorite locations as the start point when getting directions.
