Windows 10: How to create a second separate work and school account?

I am working for 2 different companies. I have aready 1 work or school account for Company A. For getting a second work and school account set up, I select "Settings > Accounts > Access work or school" and see the work or school account for Company A. After clicking "Connect", the menu "Set up a work or school account". My user name / e-mail address for Company B is already entered. Clicking "Next" opens menu "Enter password". Password entered and "Sign in" clicked. The Company B network tries to sign me in. However, the following error message appears: "There was a problem. Your organiz

Can't add a school account?

I suggest you to try the below given methods and check if it works:

Method 1:

This issue may arise due to some file corruption, I suggest you to try running DISM tool and check if it works. To do so, refer the following steps:

• Open command prompt by pressing Windows key + X and selecting “Command prompt admin”.

• In command prompt, type the following commands and press Enter after each command:

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

• Close the command prompt and restart the PC and check if it works.

Method 2:

I suggest you to try to create a new user account and check if you still face this issue in new user account. To create it perform the steps mentioned below.

• Press Windows key + X key and select
  Control Panel.
• Click on User accounts and Family Safety.
• Click on User Account and then click on Manage Accounts.
• Now click on Add a new user and follow the instructions.
• Sign out from the current User account and log-in using new User account and check if issue persist.

Remove Deactivated Work Or School Email Account

I have an organizational email account that has been deactivated, current guides online say the following:

"If you need to remove an account from your PC:

1. Select Start > Settings > Accounts > Access work or school .
   
2. Select the account you wish to remove, then select Disconnect
   
   ...."
   

However, the only option presented at this section is "Manage" which forwards me to my organization's page to login. The account has since been deactivated with no way to get to the next step.
I have been getting notifications from my system that "There is a problem with a work or school account click her to fix now" but obviously can't login to remove the account from the system.
Is there a work around to remove the account without logging in?

School address is not listed under Info

In Emails and Accounts, I have my personal account listed, and then the "Work or School" account. Both use the same email address. The latter says that it was created by my IT department. What happened, as I remember, is that I was instructed to create an account for Microsoft Teams. I followed the instructions of the other professor. It appears that the school account was automatically created by that.
