    Hi I am having trouble creating a custom resolution. My monitor takes 2560x1440 but that is not an option in display. I tried using CRU but the resolution doesn’t show up in display after I add it. I have a Dell Inspiron 15 3000. 11th Gen InterlR CoreTM i5-11357G@ 2.40 GHz 2.42 GHz

  3. Create a custom resolution on Windows 10

    In Windows 10, go to Settings (Win+I) > System > Display > Scale and layout > Resolution. There is some list of resolution.

    To find more resolution setting, Scroll down, click on Display adapter Properties. You can see this window (this may vary if your display driver is different).

    From there select List All Modes. There you can find many other Resolution options.

    Display resolution keeps changing

    Hi Rick,

    It might be caused by a faulty driver that's why your display resolution keeps changing. We
    suggest that you uninstall and reinstall the display driver, see steps below:

    • Press Windows key + X and click on
      Device Manager.
    • For graphics cards, expand the Display adapters category, right click your graphics card and select Uninstall.
    • Restart your PC and Windows will attempt to reinstall the driver.
