Windows 10: How to create custom scenario for Windows Performance Recorder?

I have this intermittent problem with resuming hibernated PC Windows 11 Pro. The machine resume takes 4 minutes if I hit the problem. Normal wakeup/resume/boot takes 20-40secI tried to catch it with WPA but it doesnt work for me. The WPR put the machine to hibernate and then resumes it automatically - in this case the issue does not come up.. It most definitely happens when I resume in the morning after night time hibernation.My idea how to address it is to try to make a custom scenario or profile for WPR and set to to wait until I resume manually or try for example 8hr delay..I have lots

• Click View all.
• Select Recording Audio.
• Follow the steps to troubleshoot Recording Audio.
