Windows 10: How to create my own version of Hiren's Boot CD?

I want to create my own version of Hiren's Boot CD which will lend support for Windows 11. I have started reading the WinPE documentation from the below link:https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/manufacture/desktop/winpe-intro?view=windows-11I would like to know if this should be enough or I need to read something else. Any help will be highly appreciated.

the options will pop out after loading the disc choose

boot cd

then the list (step by step)

Next...
Dos....
USB Drivers....
Load USB Drivers with no386.....

Ask you load cd drivers. NO
Ask you load SCSI drivers. NO
Ask you anything NO.
USB driver list comes out. 8 Don't choose anything else.

type
C:\ (that should be your mp3 player if you did it right)

atiflash -i
to list the adapters

atiflash -p -f 0 ???.bin

done.........

new acer aspire f5 - booted from hirens boot cd , pc froze with" cant find IRQ forPCI INT A; probably buggy MP table". it has no removeable battery and no keyboard function. how do i reset this thing?
